Ingredients

1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional for spice)
For the noodles and vegetables:
8 oz uncooked noodles (udon, ramen, or rice noodles)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 green onions, chopped
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
Sesame seeds for garnish

Prepare the stir fry sauce: Combine all stir fry sauce ingredients in a small bowl or jar. Whisk or shake until fully mixed and set aside.

Cook the vegetables: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add garlic and green onions, cooking for 30 seconds. Then, add the carrot, bell pepper, mushrooms, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until vegetables soften.

Cook the noodles: While vegetables are cooking, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
