Ingredients
1 (16 oz) can fat-free refried beans
4 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup fat-free sour cream
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 cup salsa
4 oz 50% reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 ½ – 2 cups shredded lettuce
½ cup chopped cherry tomatoes
¼ cup sliced black olives
Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix fat-free refried beans with 1 tablespoon taco seasoning. Spread evenly in a large serving dish.

In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and the remaining 1 tablespoon taco seasoning. Mix until smooth and creamy. Spread this mixture over the refried beans.

Spread salsa evenly over the sour cream layer.
