Description

Bagel Pizza with Marinara and Mozzarella is a fun, quick, and customizable alternative to traditional pizza. Using bagels as the base, this recipe is topped with marinara sauce, gooey mozzarella cheese, and your favorite toppings like mushrooms and tomatoes. Baked until crispy, these mini pizzas are perfect for a snack, lunch, or dinner!


Ingredients

2 bagels

1/2 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Mushrooms (optional), for topping

Cherry tomatoes (optional), for topping

Fresh basil leaves for garnish


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Slice the bagels in half and place them on a baking sheet, cut side up.

  • Spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on each bagel half.

  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.

  • If using, top with sliced mushrooms and halved cherry tomatoes.
