Description

These Air Fryer Salmon Bites are a quick and healthy dinner option, cooked to perfection in under 10 minutes. Coated in a zesty lemon garlic butter sauce, they’re ideal for weeknight meals, meal prep, or as a protein-packed addition to rice bowls and salads.

Ingredients

1 pound skinless salmon filet, cut into 1-inch cubes

½ teaspoon kosher salt

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

3 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Season the Salmon: Place salmon cubes in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat.

  2. Add Sauce: Pour melted butter, lemon juice, and garlic over the salmon. Toss until evenly coated.

  3. Preheat Air Fryer: Line the air fryer basket with a liner to catch any sauce.

  4. Air Fry: Arrange salmon in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5–7 minutes, or until opaque and cooked through.

  5. Serve: Serve warm over your favorite side like rice, salad, or steamed veggies.

Notes

Use olive oil or ghee instead of butter for Whole30 or Paleo.

Add red pepper flakes for heat, or swap lemon with lime for a citrus twist.

Great for meal prep — cool and freeze in a single layer before transferring to a container.

Reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
