Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups almond flour
3 large eggs
½ cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
Optional: ½ cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually stir dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
