Ingredients

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and melted butter.
- Make the Batter: Gradually mix the wet and dry ingredients until a thick batter forms, then fold in the diced apples.
