Shredded lettuce

Dill pickle slices

For the Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons French dressing

2 tablespoons sweet relish

1 tablespoon finely minced onion

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix special sauce ingredients and refrigerate.

  • Combine ground beef, salt, pepper, and minced onion.

  • Press beef mixture into a rectangle on a baking dish or sheet pan.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.

  • Top with cheese slices and return to oven to melt.

  • Lay out slider bun bottoms in a baking dish.

  • Spread half the special sauce, add shredded lettuce.

  • Place cooked beef and cheese slab over lettuce.

Notes

Swap American cheese with cheddar or pepper jack for different flavor.

Add jalapeños for extra spice.

Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
