Boat Dip (also known as Rotel Ranch Dip) is a creamy, cheesy, and zesty dip that’s perfect for any occasion. Combining sour cream, Rotel tomatoes, ranch seasoning, and cheddar cheese, it’s a flavorful, no-cook dip that’s easy to make and great for parties, tailgates, or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

For the Dip:

  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley or cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain the Rotel: Thoroughly drain the Rotel tomatoes to remove excess liquid.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine sour cream, drained Rotel tomatoes, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, and parsley (if using). Stir until well combined.
