Description

Ingredients

1 sheet of frozen puff pastry (thawed)

1 wheel of brie

1/4 cup cranberry sauce

1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven or Air Fryer: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat your air fryer according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  2. Cut the Puff Pastry: Unroll the thawed puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares.

  3. Assemble the Bites: Place each square of puff pastry into a muffin tin, pressing down gently and pricking the center with a fork. Add a slice of brie to each pastry square, then top with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.

  4. Brush with Egg Wash: Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg to help achieve a golden, crispy finish.
