Ingredients

½ cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s)

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon honey

1 clove garlic, crushed

¼ teaspoon salt

4 ounces cream cheese

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (preferably rotisserie chicken)

1 bunch celery stalks, cut into 23 inch pieces

Optional toppings: chopped green onions, ranch dressing

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine hot sauce, butter, honey, garlic, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

  • Turn off heat and whisk in cream cheese until mostly smooth.

  • Place shredded chicken in a large bowl and pour buffalo sauce over it. Toss to coat.

  • Cut celery into 2-3 inch pieces and fill each piece with the buffalo chicken mixture.

  • Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with chopped green onions, if desired.

  • Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

For a keto-friendly version, omit or replace honey with a keto sweetener.

Prepare the filling ahead and assemble shortly before serving to keep the celery crisp.

Swap ranch for blue cheese dressing for a bolder taste.

Use dairy-free cream cheese for a dairy-free option.
