4 hard-boiled eggs
1 small beetroot (for noses and eyes)
Edible marker pens (for drawing eyes)
1 cucumber
1 purple carrot
1 orange carrot
1 bunch of lettuce
1 bunch of rocket
1 bunch of watercress
1 bunch of baby spinach
Blueberries (for decoration)
Instructions

Hard-boil the eggs and cool them in cold water. Peel and cut the eggs into rabbit shapes with a sharp knife.

Draw eyes on the eggs using edible marker pens. Cut small pieces of beetroot for noses.

Use mini bento cutters to slice the cucumber and carrots into fun shapes.

Arrange lettuce, rocket, watercress, and spinach on a large platter.
