Ingredients

3 ½ cups white chocolate chips (2224 oz)

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon rum extract (or to taste)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

¼ teaspoon salt

Ground cinnamon, for garnish


Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper or foil; lightly grease if desired.

  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly.

  • Remove from heat and stir in rum extract, melted butter, and salt.

  • Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.

  • Lightly dust the surface with cinnamon.

  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours, until fully set.
