Ingredients
3 ½ cups white chocolate chips (22–24 oz)
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon rum extract (or to taste)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
¼ teaspoon salt
Ground cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions

Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper or foil; lightly grease if desired.

In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and stir in rum extract, melted butter, and salt.

Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.
