Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or your choice)
  • 2 Tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni

Instructions

  • Preheat your waffle maker.
  • Whisk the egg in a bowl and add cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
  • Stir in the mini pepperoni, distributing them evenly.
  • Spray the waffle maker with cooking spray, pour in the batter, and spread evenly.
  • Close the waffle maker and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Carefully remove the chaffle and serve immediately. Optionally, top with pizza sauce or extra cheese.
