Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup champagne

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whip the heavy cream on high until soft peaks begin to form. Slowly add the champagne while continuing to whip on medium speed, then return to high speed and whip until thickened (about 30 seconds). Set aside.

  4. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
