Description

This no-bake Cheesecake Fudge is the perfect blend of creamy cheesecake flavor and rich white chocolate, with a crunchy graham cracker base. Ingredients

9 Graham Cracker squares

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 tablespoon butter

Pinch of kosher salt

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 1/2 cups marshmallow Fluff

1 (3.4-oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix


Instructions

  • Line a square baking pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. Place graham cracker squares at the bottom of the pan.

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla extract, and kosher salt until smooth.

  • Add cheesecake pudding mix, stirring until dissolved.

  • Remove from heat and mix in marshmallow Fluff until fully melted and smooth.

  • Pour mixture over graham crackers and spread evenly.
