Ingredients
Meatloaf:

½ cup (30g) fresh parsley, chopped

¾ cup (39g) onion, chopped

¼ cup (59ml) Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground pepper

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Glaze:

¼ cup (58.7g) ketchup

¼ cup (50g) brown suga

¼ cup (59ml) apple cider vinegar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix until well incorporated.

Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan or form a loaf shape on the prepared baking sheet.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar to make the glaze.
