Ingredients
- 1 small bag fresh baby spinach
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of Herb and Garlic Seasoning
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 thin-sliced chicken breasts
- 1 container green onion cream cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the green onion cream cheese and stir until melted into a creamy sauce. Season with pepper and herb and garlic seasoning.
- Pour the chicken broth into the skillet and stir everything together.
