These Easy Chocolate Covered Strawberries are the ultimate no-bake treat for Valentine’s Day, date nights, or festive occasions. Juicy strawberries are dipped in rich melted chocolate and topped with a beautiful pink drizzle, ready in under an hour. Perfect for gifting, dessert platters, or romantic celebrations.
Ingredients
Chocolate Covered Strawberries:
2 lbs fresh strawberries (stems on)
1 – 270g bag milk or dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Pink Chocolate Drizzle:
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 tsp coconut oil
Pink food colouring
Instructions

Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly. Set aside.

Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt milk or dark chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.

Dip each strawberry into the chocolate and place on the baking sheet.

In another bowl, melt white chocolate chips with 1/2 tsp coconut oil using the same method.

Add pink food colouring to melted white chocolate and mix.

Transfer pink chocolate to a ziplock bag, snip the corner, and drizzle over dipped strawberries.

Let set for at least 30 minutes (refrigerate to speed up).
