Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Instructions

1️⃣ Combine Ingredients

  • In a mason jar or sealable container, add rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, cocoa powder, mini chocolate chips, and maple syrup.

2️⃣ Mix Well
