Ingredients
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 cucumber
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup chopped parsley
15 oz can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed
1/4 cup Italian dressing
Instructions

Slice the iceberg lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
