Ingredients

Garlic

Celery

Onion

Black pepper

Salt

Anchovies in oil (or Worcestershire sauce as substitute)

Sugar

Yellow mustard

Fresh lemon juice

Eggs

Vegetable oil (or olive oil)


Instructions

  1. n a blender, combine garlic, celery, onion, black pepper, salt, anchovies or Worcestershire, sugar, mustard, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

  2. Add eggs one at a time, blending gently after each addition.

  3. With the blender on low, slowly drizzle in the oil to emulsify.

  4. Transfer to a bottle and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Use pasteurized eggs for food safety if concerned about raw eggs.
