Ingredients

3 limes, quartered

⅓ cup white sugar

3 cups cold water

½ cup sweetened condensed milk

½ cup canned unsweetened coconut milk

½ cup coconut rum

2 cups ice


Instructions

  1. Blend the Limes: Add quartered limes, sugar, and water to a blender. Pulse several times until the limes are broken up and the liquid is cloudy and fragrant.

  2. Strain the Mixture: Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, discarding the solids.

Notes
