Ingredients
3 limes, quartered
⅓ cup white sugar
3 cups cold water
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
½ cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
½ cup coconut rum
2 cups ice
Instructions
-
Blend the Limes: Add quartered limes, sugar, and water to a blender. Pulse several times until the limes are broken up and the liquid is cloudy and fragrant.
-
Strain the Mixture: Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, discarding the solids.
-
Add Creamy Ingredients: Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and coconut rum until smooth and fully combined.
-
Serve Over Ice: Fill glasses with ice and pour the lemonade over. Serve immediately with optional garnish.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum for a creamy limeade kids and adults can enjoy.
To make it frozen-style, blend all ingredients with ice for a slushy treat.
Shake or stir before serving if the mixture separates in the fridge.
Garnish with lime slices or toasted coconut for a festive finish.
