Ingredients
4 slices sourdough bread
2 tbsp butter (softened)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 can (6 oz) crab meat (drained)
2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp sweet paprika
Zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tomato (sliced)

Instructions
