Ingredients
2 1/2 to 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup (or homemade equivalent)
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup (or homemade equivalent)
1 cup sour cream
8 oz can mushrooms, drained (optional, or use fresh mushrooms)
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chopped chives
A few dashes of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
