Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp dried basil
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup uncooked orzo
1 (14 oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups fresh baby spinach
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned; drain excess fat.

Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, basil, and red pepper flakes; cook 1 minute.
