Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)

  • 1/4 cup almond flour or regular flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • White sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Optional: Spices such as paprika or chili powder for additional flavor

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
