- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup frozen peas (optional)
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Place beef stew meat in the slow cooker. Add chopped onion and minced garlic.
