Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 bag (9.75 oz) Doritos, crushed
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salsa, taco seasoning, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Layer the Casserole: Place half of the crushed Doritos at the bottom of the prepared dish. Spread the chicken mixture evenly on top. Add the remaining crushed Doritos and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
