Ingredients

Tortillas

Butter (melted)

Granulated sugar

Ground cinnamon

Strawberries

Blackberries

Raspberries

Blueberries

Almonds (chopped)

Vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  • Brush tortillas with melted butter and cut into triangles.

  • Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the tortillas.

  • Bake at 375°F for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.

  • While chips bake, slice strawberries and chop almonds.

  • Arrange baked chips on a serving platter. Top with mixed berries and chopped almonds.

  • Add scoops of vanilla ice cream on top just before serving.

Notes

Assemble nachos just before serving to keep the chips crisp.

Swap almonds with pecans, walnuts, or skip for a nut-free version.

Try different fruits like mango or kiwi for variation.

For a dairy-free version, use plant-based butter and ice cream.

Add a drizzle of melted chocolate or caramel for extra indulgence.
