These easy homemade mango popsicles are a refreshing, creamy dessert made with just four simple ingredients: ripe mango, coconut milk, honey, and lime juice. Perfect for hot summer days, these popsicles are a healthier, natural alternative to store-bought frozen treats!
Ingredients
2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan version)
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

Prepare the Mango Puree:
In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, coconut milk, honey, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy. -
Pour into Molds:
Pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds, filling them to the top. -
Freeze:
Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid. -
Serve:
Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds. If they are stuck, run warm water over the outside of the molds to help release them. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Add-ins: Add chunks of fresh mango or other fruit like berries for added texture.
Sweeteners: For a vegan option, swap honey with maple syrup or agave.
