Ingredients
For the crust:
16 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough (2 cans)
For the topping:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
⅔ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
2 Roma tomatoes, seeds removed and diced
1 cup broccoli florets
½ cup red pepper, diced
½ cup cucumber, diced
⅓ cup shredded carrots (matchstick carrots work best)
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
-
Open the crescent roll dough and spread it evenly onto the prepared cookie sheet. Press the dough seams together and fold any excess dough at the edges to form a crust.
-
Use a fork to pierce holes in the dough, then bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Allow the crust to cool completely before adding the toppings.
-
While the crust bakes, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, dill weed, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Stir until smooth and well combined.
-
Once the crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface.
-
Top with the chopped vegetables, slice, and serve.
Notes
You can add shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture for extra richness.
For a spicy kick, finely chopped jalapeños or red pepper flakes can be added to the cream cheese mixture.
If needed, use a gluten-free crescent roll dough or an alternative crust to make it gluten-free.
You can add more vegetables like spinach, olives, or mushrooms to make the pizza even more colorful and nutritious.
