It’s an easy-to-make appetizer that’s perfect for parties, potlucks, and family gatherings. With a delicious, refreshing crunch and a creamy dill-flavored sauce, this veggie pizza is sure to impress. It’s customizable, gluten-free-friendly, and can even be made vegan with simple substitutions. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

For the crust:

16 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough (2 cans)

For the topping:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

⅔ cup sour cream

1 teaspoon dried dill weed

⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

2 Roma tomatoes, seeds removed and diced

1 cup broccoli florets

½ cup red pepper, diced

½ cup cucumber, diced

⅓ cup shredded carrots (matchstick carrots work best)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

  2. Open the crescent roll dough and spread it evenly onto the prepared cookie sheet. Press the dough seams together and fold any excess dough at the edges to form a crust.

  3. Use a fork to pierce holes in the dough, then bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Allow the crust to cool completely before adding the toppings.

  4. While the crust bakes, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, dill weed, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Stir until smooth and well combined.

  5. Once the crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface.

  6. Top with the chopped vegetables, slice, and serve.

Notes

You can add shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture for extra richness.

For a spicy kick, finely chopped jalapeños or red pepper flakes can be added to the cream cheese mixture.

If needed, use a gluten-free crescent roll dough or an alternative crust to make it gluten-free.

You can add more vegetables like spinach, olives, or mushrooms to make the pizza even more colorful and nutritious.
