Ingredients

For the oats:

½ cup (45g) rolled oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Pinch of salt

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

¼ cup (70g) yogurt of your choice

½ cup (120ml) milk of your choice

12 tablespoons sweetener of your choice (optional)

23 tablespoons (30g) hazelnut butter

For the topping:

23 cubes (10g) dark chocolate

12 tablespoons milk of your choice

1 tablespoon crushed hazelnuts


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oats: In a large jar or bowl, mix the rolled oats, chia seeds, salt, cocoa powder, yogurt, milk, sweetener (if using), and hazelnut butter. Stir well to combine.

  2. Refrigerate: Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  3. Prepare the Topping: Melt the dark chocolate and milk in a microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.

  4. Assemble: Add the crushed hazelnuts to the melted chocolate and mix. Pour the chocolate mixture over the overnight oats and top with extra crushed hazelnuts for garnish.
