Ingredients

1 cup kale (curly or lacinato)

1 Fuji apple (or green apple)

1 cucumber

12 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup water


Instructions

  • Add water, kale, apple, cucumber, and lemon juice to a blender.

  • Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.

  • Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp.

  • Serve immediately with ice or refrigerate for later use.
