Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
All-purpose flour
Dried oregano
Dried basil

Unsalted butter
Garlic cloves, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Pat the chicken breasts dry and cut into 1-inch pieces.

Toss chicken with flour, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 3 minutes without stirring. Flip and cook another 2 minutes.
