Description

Quick, easy, and bursting with flavor, these 15-minute garlic butter chicken bites are the perfect one-pan recipe for busy weeknights. Tender chicken pieces coated in a savory garlic butter sauce make this a delicious, versatile dish you’ll want to cook again and again.

Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

All-purpose flour

Dried oregano

Dried basil

Sweet paprika

Salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Olive oil

Unsalted butter

Garlic cloves, minced

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and cut into 1-inch pieces.

  2. Toss chicken with flour, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 3 minutes without stirring. Flip and cook another 2 minutes.

  4. Add remaining butter, garlic, and parsley. Cook for 1 more minute until the chicken is cooked through and coated in the garlic butter.

  5. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra heat, add red pepper flakes during the final minute.

A squeeze of fresh lemon juice brightens the flavor.

Swap parsley for thyme, rosemary, or cilantro for variety.

Can be stored in the fridge for 3 days or frozen up to 3 months.

Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave.
