Ingredients
6 slices of garlic Texas toast (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup pizza sauce
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup pepperoni slices (or other toppings of choice)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: chopped fresh basil, red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Arrange the slices of garlic Texas toast on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Spread a generous tablespoon of pizza sauce on each slice of garlic toast.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over each slice, covering the sauce evenly.

Add pepperoni slices or any other toppings you prefer (mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, etc.).

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the top.

Notes
Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
Freezing: Assemble the pizzas but don’t bake them. Wrap each pizza slice in plastic wrap and store in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months. Bake from frozen at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes.
Air Fryer Option: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C), cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the toast is crispy.
