Description

Ingredients

2 lbs. kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

14 oz can pineapple slices in juice, quartered

3 tbsp teriyaki sauce

1 tbsp sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp pineapple juice (from the can)


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  • Place a piece of pineapple on top of a slice of kielbasa and secure it with a toothpick.

  • In a small bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and pineapple juice.

  • Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with cooking spray.

  • Arrange the kielbasa bites on the baking sheet and brush the glaze over the tops and sides.

  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, keeping an eye on them to prevent overcooking.

  • Remove from the oven and enjoy while hot!

Notes

Add more sweet chili sauce or a dash of hot sauce for an extra kick.

You can substitute kielbasa with plant-based sausage for a vegetarian version.
