Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 67 green onions, divided (about one bunch)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt

Instructions

  • Prepare the Green Onions: Coarsely chop 5 of the green onions, including the tops. Finely slice the remaining 1 green onion for garnish.
  • Blend the Dip: Add the coarsely chopped green onions, sour cream, garlic powder, parsley, seasoned salt, pepper, and celery salt to a food processor. Process until well blended.
  • Garnish: Sprinkle the finely sliced green onion over the top of the dip for garnish.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve: Serve with chips, vegetables, or as a topping for baked potatoes.

Notes

  • Spicy Kick: Add diced jalapeño or cayenne pepper for some heat.
  • Creamy Alternative: Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a tangier version.
