Ingredients

Large shrimp (or jumbo shrimp)

Red onion

Red bell pepper

Green bell pepper

BBQ seasoning

Lemon

Salt & pepper

Olive oil spray (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer or grill.

  • Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and BBQ seasoning, and let marinate for 15 minutes.

  • Skewer shrimp along with red onion and bell peppers.

  • Place skewers in the air fryer basket or on the grill. Optionally, spray with olive oil.

  • Air fry for 8 minutes or grill for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  • Serve with lemon wedges and parsley.
