Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions

Preheat your gas grill to high heat.

Wash the sweet potatoes and peel them if desired. Slice them into ½-inch thick rounds.

Place the sliced sweet potatoes in a large bowl and add the olive oil, black pepper, garlic salt, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat.

Lower the heat on the grill to medium and place the sweet potatoes on the grill.
