Description

This Easy Basic Guacamole is a fresh and flavorful dip made with simple ingredients, perfect for any occasion. Ingredients

2 ripe avocados

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime (freshly squeezed)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)

1 jalapeño pepper, finely diced (optional for spice)


Instructions

  • Mash the avocado: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a medium mixing bowl. Mash with a fork to your desired consistency (chunky or smooth).

  • Add the other ingredients: Stir in the red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and sea salt. If desired, add diced jalapeño for a spicy kick.
