Description

This Healthy Sugar-Free Lemonade recipe offers a refreshing, sugar-free alternative to the classic lemonade. Perfect for those avoiding added sugar, it’s a guilt-free, low-calorie beverage suitable for keto, paleo, and vegan diets. With just a few simple ingredients, enjoy a homemade lemonade that’s both tart and sweet without the extra calories.

Ingredients

1 cup water (for syrup)

1 cup granulated erythritol (or your choice of natural, sugar-free sweetener)

56 lemons (about 1 cup of lemon juice)

34 cups cold water (adjust to your preferred dilution)

Instructions

  • To make the sugar-free simple syrup, boil 1 cup of water. Add 1 cup of granulated erythritol (or your preferred sweetener) to the water, stirring until dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.

  • While the syrup cools, juice your lemons to yield about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.

  • In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice with 3 cups of cold water. Taste and adjust the water level to your desired strength.

  • Add the cooled simple syrup to the pitcher. Start with ¾ cup, adding more to taste if you prefer a sweeter lemonade.

  • Stir everything well, chill, and serve over ice.

Notes

This recipe makes about 5-6 cups of lemonade, depending on how much water you add.

For a sweeter taste, adjust the amount of sweetener in the syrup.

Feel free to get creative and add mint, ginger, or berries for flavored variations.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 7 days. Stir before serving as the syrup may settle.
