Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Sauté the Aromatics

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook for about 5 minutes until soft.
