Description

This Keto Hot Fudge Sauce is a rich, creamy, and sugar-free indulgence, perfect for topping keto-friendly ice cream, brownies, or pancakes. Made with allulose, unsweetened chocolate, and heavy cream, this decadent sauce is completely low-carb and satisfying for any chocolate lover. Whether you’re enjoying it as a dip or drizzling it over your favorite desserts, this keto hot fudge sauce is the ultimate treat without the carbs!

Ingredients

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup allulose sweetener

2 tbsp butter

3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp espresso powder (optional)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy whipping cream, water, and allulose sweetener. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sweetener is dissolved and the mixture begins to simmer.

  • Add the butter and unsweetened chocolate to the saucepan. Stir constantly until the butter is melted and the chocolate is fully incorporated, creating a smooth sauce.

  • Stir in the vanilla extract, espresso powder (optional), and a pinch of salt. Continue to cook for 1-2 more minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

  • Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.

  • Serve warm over your favorite keto-friendly desserts, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat before use.

Notes

Mint Hot Fudge: Add a few drops of peppermint extract for a refreshing minty twist.

Spicy Kick: Stir in a pinch of cayenne pepper or chili powder for a spicy variation.

Dark Chocolate: Use dark chocolate (70% or higher) for a richer flavor.
