With a savory combination of cream cheese, mozzarella, sweet corn, and green chiles nestled in a crispy Tostitos Scoops chip, these bite-sized treats are perfect for game days, parties, or casual get-togethers. Easy to make and packed with flavor, they’re sure to be a hit at any event!

Ingredients

For the Iowa Party Bites:

1 (10 oz) bag Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

1 large egg

1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained

1 (4 oz) can green chiles (mild or medium)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Make the Filling:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and egg. Stir until smooth and well combined.

    • Add the drained sweet corn and green chiles, mixing to evenly distribute all ingredients.

  • Fill the Chips:

    • Arrange the Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Carefully spoon the creamy mixture into each chip, filling them generously with the cheesy filling.

  • Bake the Bites:

    • Place the filled chips in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the chips are golden brown.

  • Serve and Enjoy:

    • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy these cheesy, flavorful bites while they’re warm!

Notes

Tip: Be sure to fill the chips carefully without overstuffing them to avoid spilling the filling.

Storage: Store any leftover Iowa Party Bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, place them on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes until warmed through.

Substitutions: You can replace the mozzarella cheese with cheddar, Monterey Jack, or any cheese you prefer.
