- In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Add milk and melted butter, mixing well.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll dough into small balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Cool completely before assembling.

- Spread peach marmalade on one cookie and press another on top to create a sandwich.
