Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup red pepper, finely chopped

1/4 cup banana pepper, finely chopped

2 tbsp Italian bread crumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 large flour tortillas (burrito-sized)

3 slices provolone cheese

6 slices Genoa salami

10 slices pepperoni

1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, red pepper, banana pepper, Italian bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.

  2. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

  3. Place 3 slices of provolone cheese down the center of each tortilla.

  4. Layer on the salami and pepperoni slices, then top with shredded romaine lettuce.

  5. Roll up each tortilla tightly, ensuring the filling stays inside. Refrigerate for at least one hour before slicing to help the pinwheels hold their shape.

  6. After chilling, slice the pinwheels into 1-inch thick pieces using a serrated knife.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
