Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tsp lemon zest (from a wax-free lemon)
1 tbsp sunflower, canola, or avocado oil
Butter (a few slices)
Lemon slices, for serving
Instructions

Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper.

Sprinkle the seasoning evenly on both sides of the chicken breasts.
