Description

Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups are a low-carb, high-protein twist on the classic sandwich. Made with savory ground beef, sautéed onions, bell peppers, and a crispy cheese shell, these keto-friendly roll ups are perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep. Enjoy all the flavors of a Philly cheesesteak without the carbs!

Ingredients

2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

16 ounces ground beef

1/2 medium onion, sliced

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

4 ounces cream cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, onions, and bell peppers until beef is browned and vegetables are soft. Drain excess grease.

  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese. Mix until smooth and combined. Season with salt and pepper.

  • On a parchment-lined baking sheet, place shredded cheese into 8 even circles.

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden at the edges.

  • Let cheese circles cool slightly. While still pliable, add beef filling and roll up.

  • Let roll-ups firm before serving.

Notes

Use parchment paper—not wax paper—to avoid sticking.

Swap in steak or chicken for the ground beef if preferred.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
