Ingredients
4 sweet corn on the cob
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder (optional, for added spice)
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Zest and juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cotija cheese (or feta cheese as a substitute)
