Ingredients
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
¾ cup butter, melted
2 – 8 oz. packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 cup 2% milk
3.4 oz. box instant lemon pudding
21 oz. can blueberry pie filling
16 oz. tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
For the Crust:

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
For the Lemon Filling:

5. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2% milk and instant lemon pudding mix for 2 minutes until it thickens.
